National BIM Guide for Owners Now Available for Public Review

The National Institute of Building Sciences has completed development of a new guideline to help building owners and their design teams utilize building information modeling (BIM). The协会AIA，暖通协会ASHRAE，FM协会BOMA和IFMA的支持。NBGO可以理解为一项完善BIM需求的方法。

The primary purpose of theNational BIM Guide for Ownersis to provide building and facility owners with a consistent reference for including BIM in contractual documents with their building project team.

译者注：此项目团队所处管理语境，多为业主方FM部门内的项目管理团队，如联邦政府GSA下属的项目部门。另外就是专事开发建设的开发商，相对较少。而国内FM还未普及，则以后者为多。
